Obama Decorates Joe Biden With Medal Of Distinction

Outgoing US president Barrack Obama and his vice,Joe Biden have had a very close "Bromance" in their eight years together.

It was a very emotional time yesterday as Joe Biden could not hold back his tears and surprise when Obama awarded him with the'Presidential medal of freedom'.

 This award is the highest US civilian award and in addition,Joe Biden was handed the 'the medal of distinction' an award being reserved in recent administrations for just a handful of recipients, including Pope John Paul II.
