QUESTION? SUBSIDY REMOVAL AND THE PRICE OF FUEL REFINED IN NIGERIA BY COMRADE ABUBAKAR ATTAHIRU.

Okay, I have not been current on this subsidy wahala, so I need more light on this question:
Mr Kachikwu said govt can no longer make available the dollars to give to fuel importers due to the dwindling oil revenue, but any willing importer can source dollars and sell his/her product so long it doesn't exceed N145/liter.
What happens to the fuel refined by in-house refineries? Does it mean NNPC mega stations will still sell fuel, and at what price? And if so, what mechanism is govt putting in place to ensure that NNPC fuel is not diverted to privately operated filling stations to be sold as an imported fuel to the desperate citizens?
