On Gombe state Cabinet.
I think we will be too shallow minded to say the reason for not constituting executive council in Gombe state is due to lack of funds or reduction in federal allocation.
Is Gombe state the only state going through economic recession in Nigeria??
You can't tell me we should keep delaying those to geared the affairs of the state just because we are receiving a 2/5 of what we are receiving before now.
There will be lack of efficiency in delivering what Gombawa needed when we only have Governor without Government, this is the plain truth whether one want to hear it or not.
There are some exceptional powers in ministries that Permanent sectaries have no locus-standi to utilize it, only commissioners have the privilege to exercise those powers in project execution.
It is disproportional to good governance and a disarray to Democratic norms to run a system of government without an executive council.
One must understand that we belong to Gombe and the state belong to us, as such we have the locus-standi and civic rights to question the affairs of Gombe state Government.
Until you have things to do with ministries then you will understand this further delay to constitute cabinet is just a self centered conviction.
